It occurred to me about a week into our New Zealand holiday that I should be keeping a blog of our trip. It’s the easiest way to keep everyone updated with photos and info about where we are and what we’re doing. It meant, though, that I had to go back and write up that first week, along with writing up each day, and going through and choosing photos when we offloaded them from the camera. This took a few more days. We also don’t have Internet access every day – the cost is high and we don’t see it as a priority to have it all the time. There’ll be close to 2 weeks of blog posts uploaded when I do get to that point, and then hopefully I’ll update every few days – a separate post for each day.
